Thankfully, you don’t have to be a geek to be besotted with any of the characters of this list. My favorite is Lisbeth Sander. Loved the character in the book. While saying this will not get me entry within 50 mile radius of even the lamest of the geek-clubs, think this is certainly drool-worthy list.
If nothing, this article does promise a respite from the word social media being bandied around so much.
My worry is that the word Semantic Web which was just a whisper till some time ago might become a huge shrill just like social media. If the term has not reached the tipping point, I think it soon shall.

Don’t know how much storm this report will kick up- Both in the US and in the international domain. However, I am glad to see that the institution of Democracy is alive and kicking in the US despite the set-backs. Hail to free speech and the freedom of press.
Such a report could not have been published in any of the controlled regimes or many of the so called democracies in the world.
